1.    What are the technical requirements to join the webinar?

Our webinars are accessible from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection. However, most modern mobile devices should also work well.

The webinar will be broadcast through zoom, in 1080 ppm. For maximum performance, avoiding any screen fluctuations, we recommend that you use an analog zoom setting on your device.
Our webinars are usually compatible with the latest versions of popular web browsers.

 

2. Do I need to download any software to join the webinar?

No, you do not need to download any additional software to attend the webinar. The webinar platform is accessible through your web browser.

 

3. Can I join the webinar from a mobile device?

Yes, the webinar is mobile-friendly, and you can join from your smartphone or tablet using the provided link.

 

4. How do I register for the webinar?

To register for the webinar, simply click on the "Register Now" button on the event page and fill in the required information. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.

 

5. What do I do if I encounter technical issues during the webinar?

6. Will I be able to ask questions during the webinar?

Absolutely! We encourage active participation. You can ask questions using the chat feature, and our presenter will address a couple of selected questions during the Q&A session. All other questions will be answered by us directly in the chat or in a separate email after the webinar, both personally addressed to you. Your chat question will only be visible for the webinar organizers and not to any other webinar participants.  

 

7. Will the webinar be recorded?

Yes, the webinar is intended to be recorded. Please note that only the speakers and presentation slides will be seen/heard and that this recording will thus not affect you, as participant.
