    As a specialist in tailor-made Mineral Salts, we think about far more than just the actual production of a substance in our work.

    Even before we start synthesizing our Salts in the lab, we take into account the customers' requirements and the end product in which our Mineral Salt is to be used.

    On this basis, we design a product with specific chemical and physical properties using first-class Minerals. In this process, the Mineral Salt is subjected to extensive tests to verify its suitability for processing by the customer, and is then scaled up to pilot plant scale until it is ultimately ready for production.

    It is important to us to create a product in consistently high quality, but also a comprehensive concept for its application. In this respect, our service goes far beyond development, production and delivery – we continually help our customers to optimize their products.

    The aim is both to develop new products from lab scale to industrial production scale, and to further develop existing products and adapt them to the needs of changing markets.

    Manufacturing process

    Fundamental is the selection and homologation of the best suitable starting materials and the related supplier qualification process. During the complex manufacturing process various purification steps further improve the product quality in order to meet the respective specifications. Our water quality is a key contributor to the purity of the final products. Private wells, uncompromising quality control and in-house water treatment stations are the basis. These manufacturing steps are combined and repeated throughout the production process in order to ensure quality standards. All steps are monitored by in-process controls. Control is one key parameter during the process. It starts with the raw materials continued after each step and ends with the final products. The quality assurance of the final product is covered by sophisticated quality systems.
